Raleigh Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast
The Kiwanis Club of Raleigh has one annual fundraiser for all service projects, tickets are $6 for all you can eat pancakes and sausage, OJ and coffee! There will also be silent auctions with great prizes so put this on your calendar before you head to the State Fair! We typically raise between $25-$30,000 for club service projects.

Cleaning up Raleigh one piece at a time! We will ask for volunteers to join with us and Great Raleigh Cleanup to pick up litter at a pre-designated location somewhere in Raleigh.

Join us for the 9th annual Socks & Undie 5k Rundie, benefitting A NOTE IN THE POCKET on Saturday, April 23 at Dorothea Dix Park. In-person 5k and Kids Fun Run return to the beautiful course at Dix Park. Grist Realty and Woodard Mortgage Group are race sponsors!

Train Ride to Durham - Brunch
We’re taking the train to Durham for brunch! We’ll leave from Raleigh Union Station at 10a and ride the rails to downtown Durham, have some brunch, bloodys and mimosas, then ride back. Just plain fun with trivia and a prize raffle. Bring friends and purchase your own tickets on www.amtrak.com!

Happy Hour - Raising Funds for A Note In The Pocket
We’re hosting a HAPPY HOUR on Jan 28 at WXYZ Lounge on Hillsborough St to raise money for a great cause— providing quality winter wardrobes for homeless and impoverished children in our community. Free drink and food with minimum donation. We’ll also be raffling off two greats seats to a Carolina Hurricanes game, sponsored by our preferred lender The Woodard Mortgage Group.

Durham Bulls Baseball Game
The Bulls are back and ticket sales are open! We partnered with our preferred lender Dan Woodard at Corporate Investors Mortgage Group to reserve three outdoor boxes to hang out with our clients, friends and vendors for some Friday Night Fireworks!

Baffle Project - Habitat of Wake County
A fine group of volunteers showed up to help us stencil and cut cardboard insulation baffles for Habitat’s new homes in Wake County. Cardboard was donated by Green Front Interiors and Rugs and designs were painted by the neighborhood kids of Dairyland!

Haunted Footsteps Ghost Tour - Downtown Raleigh
Partnered with Tobacco Road Tours, we took a 1.5 hour walking tour of downtown Raleigh and uncovered North Carolina’s ghostly and paranormal past – a history riddled with tales of century-old spirits and folklore passed down over generations.
