Spencer Walker

Spencer Walker is a Hillsborough, NC native and moved to Raleigh to earned a degree in Business Administration Marketing. It was then that his love for the Triangle grew and he currently resides in one of the hottest developing neighborhoods of Raleigh, North Hills. 

In the 1980s, Spencer’s grandmother built a small portfolio of rental properties that provided first-hand experience for Spencer to see the business potential of real estate. From an early age, Spencer always loved being around peers, meeting new people, and was naturally drawn to the personal connections involved in the real estate industry. His business marketing education intensified his passion for this industry, and ultimately led him to become a real estate agent.

Spencer’s goal is to channel his knowledge of real estate to offer a professional, personal and stress-free service for his clients. He has expert knowledge of the trends, pricing and market conditions of real estate in the greater Triangle area. He is eager to share his passion and show clients how exciting this process can be so they feel engaged, supported and informed. When he is not working with clients you will find him spending time with his family and friends enjoying all the amazing restaurants the Triangle has to offer or playing fetch with his two doodles.
