Who is A Note In The Pocket?
A Note in the Pocket believes that it is unacceptable that children are limited in their educational and social development because they do not have appropriate clothes for school. They provide quality clothing to homeless and impoverished children and families with dignity and love.
How Can We Help?
A Note In The Pocket receives and processes lots of generous donations throughout the year but there are always some items that need to be purchased like underwear, socks, shoes etc. We want to raise money through donations to help support those purchases, supplementing the need for this season.
Friday January 28th, 5-7pm
We are partnering with our preferred lender Dan Woodard and The Woodard Mortgage Group to host a happy hour with drinks, food and a prize raffle to facilitate donations. $25 minimum donation enters the raffle and Grist realty will match total donations up to $1,000.
$2,000 will provide a full season of winter clothes including coat, shoes and hat for at least 14 kids in our community.
